ISLAMABAD (our correspondent): The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has massive reshuffled officers of the customs service group including some blue eyed officers who got important seats.
The FBR has reshuffled 69 officers of Pakistan customs officers BS 18 to BS 20. They were serving as chiefs, directors and additional Directors, Additional Directors, Secretaries and Deputy Directors. The Board has issued notification of transferring and posting of those officers. It has reshuffled 11 officers of BS20, 55 officers of BS 19 and three officers of BS18 on Monday.
Sources told the scribe that the senior management has posted its some blue eyed officers on important seats. Chief (legal customs), FBR (Hq), Islamabad Irfan Javed (BS 20) has gotten the important posts of Chief (DRD and Exemptions), FBR, (Hq), Islamabad.
Blue Eyed officers
The Board has transferred to Director of the Directorate of Law and Prosecution Karachi Muhammad Saleem Memon (BS 20). It has transferred and posted him as Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Khuzdar. The management has assigned him to look after charge of the post of Director, Directorate of Law and Prosecution Karachi till the posting of a regular incumbent in addition to his own duties.
The board has transferred Syed Imran Sajjad Bokhari, Collector in Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement) Khuzdar and. It has posted him as Collector of COllectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Multan. The Board has transferred to Shalra Ashfaq Khan (BS 19), additional collector, Chief Collector of Customs (North), Customs House Islamabad and posted her as additional Director, Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation FBR, Islamabad.
The FBR also transferred Wajid Ali (BS 19) from the post of Additional Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, DI Khan. It has posted him as Additional Director, Directorate of Transit Trade, Peshawar. The Board transferred to Muhammad Hassan Farid (BS 19) from the post of Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs (adjudication) in Faisalabad. It has also posted as additional Collectorate, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Sargodha. The FBR has also transferred to Rana Irfan Shaukat (BS 19), Additional Director, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Multan. It has also posted him Additional Director, Directorate of Law and Prosecution (Customs), Lahore. It is also believed that these above mentioned officers are blue eyed of senior management of the Board.
