Pakistan completes 100m Covid-19 vaccinations


ISLAMABAD ( our reporter):- Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar has urged the unvaccinated individuals to get Coronavirus Vaccine for the safety of their family, society and themselves as soon as possible.

In a video message, he said theses 10 million vaccines have been injected in 68 million peoples in the country so far.

Asad Umar said more than 38 million have been fully vaccinated and 30 million have received a single dose.

Pakistan has 220 million people.

He said complete vaccination was necessary to ensure complete protection from the disease.

He said those partially vaccinated 30 million people are requested to get their second shot to complete their immunization.

Covid-19 positivity rate has dropped to 1.40 percent with 552 cases reported over the last twenty four hours.

According to the latest figures released by the National Command and Operation Center, fifteen more people died of the disease.
