ISLAMABAD: While showing strong reaction in response of repealing Article 370, Pakistan has decided to helt bilateral relations with India.
Prime Minister Imran Khan today chaired meeting of the National Security Committee at Prime Minister’s Office. The Committee reviewed the situation after repealing the special status of Jammu Kashmir by repealing Article 370 and 35A.
Foreign Minister, Defence Minister, Interior Minister, Minister for Education, Minister for Human Rights, Minister for KA&GB, Law Minister, Adviser Finance attended the meeting.
CJCSC, COAS, CAS, CNS, SAPM on Information, DG-ISI, DG-ISPR, Secretary Foreign Affairs and other senior officers also present in the NSC meeting.
The Committee discussed situation arising out of unilateral and illegal actions by the Indian government. The meeting also discussed the situation inside Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and along LOC.
The meeting has decided to helt bilateral relations with India after discussion.
According to the offcial statement the Committee has decided for downgrading of diplomatic relations with India.
Sources said Pakistan has also order to Indian Envoy for Pakistan to leave the country as soon as possible. It has also decided to call back its Envoy from India.
The meeting has decided to suspended of bilateral trade with India and review of bilateral arrangements.
The meeting also decided to take up the issue to the United Nations, including the Security Council.
The high powered meeting aslo decided to observe solidarity with brave Kashmiri on Independence Day on 14 August. They also decided to observe as Black Day on Indian Independent Day on 15 Aug.
PM directed that all diplomatic channels to make activate for expose brutal Indian racist regime, design and human rights violations.
PM directed Armed Forces to continue vigilance.
